From the very beginning when we first decided to sell, our experience working with Corinne and Joe was exceptional. Corinne and her son Joe were instrumental in finding the perfect retirement dream home at the Jersey Shore for Tom and I. Coming from 2 different states and 2 separate households it was challenging to find a home that both fit our needs, square footage and income. We made multiple offers and were outbid. Corinne and Joe knew what were we looking for in a home and found a home that we would not have even considered until we saw it and fell in love with it. Corinne and Joe were with us with every step in the process and were extremely patient, accessible and supportive. Corinne was available any time during the day for questions/concerns. She is very knowledgeable with the seller/buyer's market and gave us reliable information in regards to pricing and negotiations etc. Even after settlement Corinne made herself available with if we had any questions in regards to resources in the area. I was unable to attend settlement on the sale of my home due to inclement weather and needed the paperwork witnessed and signed by a Notary. I contacted Corinne to see if she knew of a Notary and found out she was one! She came to the rescue and drove over to our house in the icy cold weather and notarized my documents! She really cares about her customers and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. I would feel comfortable reaching out to her anytime.

We had a fantastic experience buying our house with Corinne and Joseph as our realtors. They were with us every step of the way and several times they were working on things that we did not know we had to do. They were always one step ahead and advised us what to do and kept us informed with every step. Communication was top notch. We were super lucky to have them both as our agents and we highly recommend them for anyone that needs a realtor.

Our first exposure to Corinne was actually her son Joe. What a great mother/son team. We probably exhausted him looking for our ideal shore home. After many visits, he found the right one for us. He was so patient and so friendly, as if a long time acquaintance. When he found us the home we wanted, he passed the baton on to Corinne. When the initial mortgage company and title company (assigned by the bank) would not give us a loan because of a tidelands exception, my wife and I were beyond disappointment; we were crushed. We pursued other mortgage companies and nobody would touch the property. Title companies were not willing to take the risk. Corinne knew our disappointment and took it upon herself to find a mortgage broker she dealt with, who ultimately found a title company that gave us the mortgage with the exception. Corinne kept us apprised of each aspect of the long process in finalizing the loan. Personally, what sealed how kind and caring she was, was that Corinne took the time away from her family, on Christmas Eve night, so that we could share the news of the pending purchase with our children. It was a wonderful Christmas gift that she facilitated. That was huge. I'm sure not many people would go that extra mile, especially on a holiday. Corinne and Joe made a long, sometimes disappointing process, manageable. They were great.
